EPOK provides students from partner universities with an excellent opportunity to study in Japan with comprehensive learning experiences at Okayama University. Student who fulfills the EPOK requirement can earn Certificate of Study Japan EPOK.

Orientation Week starts from April 3rd

March : Take Japanese Language Course Placement Test(online)
April 3rd : EPOK Guidance and Arrival Orientation
April 7th : Campus Life Orientation

August 5th : Classes end
August 6th : Closing Ceremony

Fall Semester (October 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027)

Orientation Week starts from End of September

Credits

The university will provide students with an official report of their academic records, listing course titles, grades, and credits earned. Please note that the recognition of credits earned at Okayama University is the responsibility of the students’ home universities.
